Half the anticipated cabin rental fee is required as a deposit. Deposit will be refunded (less a $10.00 handling fee), providing the cabin is re-rented. Remainder is due upon arrival.

No ATV's, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, or firearms.
Smoking permitted on the front porch only.
